And it’s easy when you know how to communicate to energize, connect to engage, and cultivate to enrich. Some great teachers taught me how to do this. I can teach you. It’s what I do. The more I get to share the more alive I become. Woo hoo.
“As the former Ambassador of FUN for the high successful Southwest Airlines I got to help a lot of people and was fortunate to get really good at using interactive fun to teach best practices. Audiences who experience my G-rated, interactive fun format are more receptive to messages presented and more likely to act on what they hear. You may know a Meeting Planner who could use my help.” – Tony Brigmon, Ambassador of FUN.
Tony Brigmon was the original Ambassador of Fun for the highly successful Southwest Airlines. Initially working in Southwest’s customer care and employee development areas, he helped the corporate culture reward humor and creativity.

These practices can be adapted by any organization to energize and transform culture.

He has received over 600 letters of commendation or recommendation from executives of major corporations around the world including Southwest Airlines, Shell, Sprint, Tesoro, GVTV, First Bank, Lockheed, USAL, Ryland Homes, and others.
“I’ve seen Tony interact with people as a speaker, as a member of a group, and on an individual coaching basis. In all of these environments, Tony creates a positive, supportive and encouraging ‘zone’ around him. Once you enter that zone, you know that three things are going to happen. First, you are going to have fun. Second, you are going to see things in a new and more positive way. And third, you are going to walk away feeling a whole lot better about who you are and what you can accomplish.” – Rob Ghio, Law Office of Rob Ghio, P.C.
