She earned her B.A. Degree in Radio/Television Communications at Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, and has enjoyed over 30 adventurous years in the Broadcast Industry and Corporate Communications.
The Merry Weatherbee program is designed for fun live entertainment, as well as a one-to-five minute radio show or drop-in character for a talk show format. Her observations have also been used as featured columns in Oklahoma newspapers and magazines.
Discovering the merry-moments in daily living is Merry’s constant quest. Her mission is to bring laughter in the midst of slice-of-life frustrations, wisdom from many of life’s most unexpected teachers, and healing hope by sharing a practical UP-Look on the Lord Jesus Christ, resulting in a joyful OUT-Look on life.
Each of Merry’s observations is written in rhyme from Penny’s first-hand experiences as a woman, wife, mother, daughter and child of God. –Although, some of her topics have been suggested by family and friends, or submitted by Keen Life Observers like YOU!
