She offers a futuristic view of inclusion in today’s society. Dr. Harris offers programs that help participants to become aware and sensitive to cultural differences and the value of cultural contributions in the workplace. Pauline customizes curricula, develops train-the-trainer instructional material, and implements diversity education learning programs. The goal of her programs are specific to client needs to support the recruitment and retention of a diverse organization. Pauline’s professional experience spans various industries. She has over ten years of corporate human resource and executive coaching experience. While at AT&T she supported corporate officers in the roles of human resource management, administrative management, supervisor, and organization development functions within the Chief Marketing Organization. Clients include Avaya, Tinker Air force base personnel, Dynamic Performance Solutions, and various higher education institutions. She currently serves as an adjunct professor at OSU, Tulsa Technology, Southern Nazarene University, Langston University, Oklahoma City, and Tulsa Community College. Dr. Harris is a graduate of Pittsburg State University, Pittsburg, KS, and Oklahoma State University (OSU), Stillwater, OK. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Education at Pittsburg State University. She received her Master’s degree from OSU in Occupational and Adult Education/Human Resource Development. Her Doctorate degree is from OSU in Occupational Adult Education. She is Executive Director of People Builders Inc. She serves on the board the John Hope Franklin Reconciliation Park and VP of Programs and Communications for the Northeast Oklahoma American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Chapter.
